SkandinaviskEditorial project work at sustainable Scandinavian home and body fragrance brand Skandinavisk has included overall brand storytelling, improved digital branding, product launch work and the creation of a new weekly newsletter focused on brand-building.
This brand new newsletter launched in early 2022, and covering key topics that connect with the brand’s core values, nurturing the readership with stories about Scandinavia, to meet the brand’s aim: to spread Scandinavian values around the world. Data-led strategies and an internal story-gathering technique have created a beautiful piece of work and raised revenue generated by the newsletter. |
SproutNewsletter performance was also a core part of our work at another B Corp, Sprout. The company, that sell pencils that you can plant, needed copywriting support and direction for their new website and their weekly newsletter.
Through careful data analysis and testing, we improved the newsletter open rate from 17% to 40%, and added new storytelling ideas around how to live a greener life, one green tip at a time. Using surveys and newsletter data, we understood what the customers were looking for, and helped to retain their loyalty. |
